As a frequent buyer, I know how much what I want and how much it is. One day I show up after working all day, dresses terribly. The same gentleman whom helps me regularly, treated me terribly, very cold. Not only was I I'D for the very first time, but I was also extremely overcharged. This light-skinned thinks he's someone to judge, thinks he can pull a fast one ? No way, please VERIFY your payment amount immediately. I just now noticed with the bak statement I was charged $55 for 2 regular vapes that should've gave been $35 For the "discount of buying 2" Awful man, might be the owner with his stuck up attitude? Not sure, what I am sure about is I will take my weekly $40 elsewhere. Anywhere else really.

The rude goth girl there is truly unbearable. Paid almost $9 more for a geek bar here than I would at my normal spot a few miles away. Avoid like the plague

One of the best smoke shops on the Southside. Great options and a friendly staff. One of the best scorch torch selections anywhere at a more than fair price. I always seem to leave this place with a new torch!

My wife and I drove 5 miles backtracking to purchase from this smoke shop because 4 out of 4 times we have received 5 star, goes-above-and-beyond, stand-out-amongst-the-rest customer service! These last 2 visits were exceptional as we were fortunate enough to be assisted by David. He is knowledgeable, friendly but professional, and absolutely takes that extra step to ensure we have everything we need and if not, he makes sure we leave knowing a general arrival time if the item has been reordered. Due to an incident, he’s unable to open the doors prior to 6:30AM.. I am VERY selective when purchasing from this type of business and he must’ve run back and forth at least 20 times and even took my phone and took pictures of the requested areas so that I could view them zoomed in. He stood by and answered every question and not once did I feel as though he was annoyed or rushing me. Thank you so much David! You’re seriously an asset to your employer and I hope they recognize you for it. Thanks High Level for hiring such an awesome staff and for the variety of selection as well as quality and lower prices!!!

Wish there was a negative # for this store. Extremely high prices & zero customer service. 1st time there only bc they're close. No one else there & the guy was obviously annoyed with me. I'm a veteran vaper just looking for a Geek Bar comparable cuz they're almost impossible to find. Then I noticed the price of the few that he had - $32 for ONE Pulse X 25000! Told him Chico's had them 2/$40 just last month (they're out now like everybody else) & he told me I was wrong (lying?) The Lost Mary 15000 was $27 - ridiculous. Settled on the little Evo 5000 just to get by for a few days - $15! Never again will I bother him 😏
