Went there for a pure vegetarian South Indian thali for their Ugadi Specials. Absolutely loved it! Everything was on point. Totally recommend. They also make a good Hyderabadi Biryani. Their Indian food is hands down the best and authentic in town. Look out for their weekend specials.

Portions are not generous. It did not seem as if saffron was in the rice & it was flavorless. Water is $1 per cup & we were not informed of this. The plate was almost $20 & as seen in the photo there was barely a 1/2 cup of diced lamb something, which should have been lamb shawarma. One of our 3 dinners ordered came out proportioned adequately. The salad was mostly onions with some unripe tomato. The service was good as expected for one person running the front, being waitress, cashier, to go person, etc. We were the only people dining, while there were a handful of to go orders. Just not the place for us. The girl running the front made a concerted effort to have another meal prepared, though i declined as i was not wanting them to waste any more time on an order for me knowing the rice & salad which was standard on the dinner plates, were already not going to be to my standard of Mediterranean food.
It's nice to know there's a place open late for Mediterranean food in town. The lentil soup comes with fried pita chips, the baba, ganoush and pita were a hit. I would definitely come back for the lamb plate with rice and side salad. The dolmas were unfortunately on the dry side.
I noticed that this Mediterranean restaurant had pop up menus for Indian food from different regions of India on the weekends and was intrigued. Today they had a mostly south Indian menu that was fully vegetarian and I am so happy I went to try it because it was absolutely amazing. We started with the pani puri which was fresh and delicious and I recommend ordering it spicy if you eat spicy. We then tried the Samosa Chaat (We asked for yogurt on the side) and it was the best samosa I have ever had with the most delicious toppings and condiments. Just when we thought it couldn't get better, came the Dabeli which was a perfectly balanced work of art with the delicious filling and bun and the pomegranate and peanuts on top. Super fresh and so so delicious. I would absolutely return to eat here. In terms of service , they were very nice to check if we were happy with spice level or wanted more spice and talked to us about the food. They seemed passionate about it and It made for a really fun and interesting experience. We sat on the patio and enjoyed a relaxed dinner. It wasn't full service outside but they talked to us about the food etc. A couple things I would like to note: 1. They add a gratuity fee on 10% on bills. They didn't notify me of that before I paid and I left a tip over that total amount that already included 10%. I do think it should be communicated to customers in advance. When I realized this and pointed it out to them they did refund it. The other thing I would note is that if you are allergic or have dietary restrictions I would make sure to explain you do not want the ingredient you are avoiding/ allergic to in any form (in bread etc) . I can't wait to go back for the next pop up Indian menu and hope they eventually transition the restaurant to Indian or add a regular Indian menu (I have yet to try the mediterranean food there). . Sounds like the two current owners bought the business 4 month ago and I am curious (and hope ) to see the Indian dishes become more regular.
Absolutely loved KEBAB G Mediterranean Restaurant in Tucson! From the moment we walked in, the service was fantastic. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful – the shawarma was amazing, and we couldn't get enough of the Chicken Tikka Pizza! Great value for the quality. The hospitality was top-notch, and we felt so welcome. We'll definitely be back again soon!
