Monsoon is a very friendly atmosphere and they are really there for their customers and super helpful when you are looking for a specific flavor. The lady was really nice when I asked for a flavor they dont make. She even made me a sample to try it. Definitely going back.

Honestly the customer service is really good. You feel welcomed when you walk in. And they make their own nicotine salts so you can refill which is cheaper than buying a disposable vape.

I see them about 2-3 times a month. They are the best place to find custom vape juice, meaning you don’t have to settle for a certain VG or Nic. I love the staff and that DOES make a difference. I live 15 minutes away and I still go out of my way to visit my favorite vape shop because they actually care for their customers and always take care of them. Great selection, sales and employees!
