I got a wax vaporizer product from here yesterday due to living far i wasn’t going to try it until I got home, it didn’t work went back the next day they said I couldn’t return it cause it used? How was I supposed to know it didn’t work until I dropped wax in it. Store employee Thomas was no help only offering 20% off a new one when all I needed was a swap, nothing major just don’t recommend at all employees act like they don’t even want to work there

Above and beyond customer service! I witnessed them literally helping some guy and his broken down car. Crazy. The staff is super helpful with recommendations or questions about specific products. Sharing feedback about vape brands and their never-ending flavor dlc is fun, because everyone can enjoy a laugh about how a cinnamon-forward flavored vape can evoke strong PTSD responses of living unmarried in Denmark at the ripe old age of 25. When I called the guy who answered the phone was nice, and answered my questions, when I got there, it was 2 guys, one guy seemed nice, he smiled and said hello, the guy who actually "helped" me, not so much. He wouldn't actually let me look at the packages like I was gonna run out with it and steal it, no smile, not really rude, but just made it seem like a was interrupting his life, like it was a big inconvenience for me to be there. Very glad I'm going back to Texas soon, no matter what shop I go to there, they are always super helpful and friendly. Do better Arizona!
