8/10 times I've gone here to make a purchase, the employees are too busy smoking weed in the back to care. Then if I dare ask about any flavors they have (since they're always out of stuff) they just point to a wall of dimly lit products like I'm an idiot. Sorry that not everyone has perfect 20/15 vision. Also, it's called do your job. If being nice and helping people buy overpriced vapes is too much for you to handle then maybe you should just quit.

Every time Ive gone into this shop, regardless of time, day or night, even when the guys working come from the back area still chewing (obviously on a meal break) Ive been met with the same level of genuine, down to earth A1 customer service and class act decorum at the store. Im ashamed to i havent neglected to ask for names of any of the gents and one lady gent i have encountered so i cant give specific staff person kuddos, although they deserve it. Every time i make a glass purchase its always been handed to me wrapped in bubble wrap or paper. Each time has also been met with questions to refine the understanding of what im asking for to ensure im getting exactly what i need. I have yet to make a multiple item purchase where i havent been given a small discount and i always leave this establishment feeling like im big sharp customer and i am definitely on little minow budget.

This is my preferred smoke shop and I have the best and easiest interactions whenever I go in! The staff always gives me good recommendations when I ask and I want to give a shoutout to the guy who was working a night shift there and was able to give me a little discount when I was short on cash.

Made a $4 purchase with a $100 bill. Was given back $76 in change. When I told the lady working that she didn’t give me the correct change, she immediately handed me the $20 bill she shorted me. Not sure if she intentionally gave me the incorrect change or not. When shopping here, be sure to count your change, especially when the cashier doesn’t count it out loud to you. Also, I was not even offered a receipt and suspiciously one of the $20 bills she initially gave me was folded on itself, possibly to present an illusion to make it look like the correct change was offered.
