I had a really bad experience at this smoke shop. I walked in and asked if they had the 5-pack banana woods, and the guy behind the counter straight up ignored me at first. When he finally responded, he just said “yeah” with an attitude. Then he immediately demanded my ID. I asked if I could use my mobile ID, and he got rude about it and said “just show me whatever you can” in a disrespectful way. The whole interaction felt off — like I was being treated like a problem instead of a customer. The place also felt empty and poorly stocked, like they barely have anything inside. After that interaction, I just walked out and went to another smoke shop where I was treated way better. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Horrible business got charge twice for a vape and when asked the guy for a refund he got aggressive and threatened me and my wife by throwing a hot burning candle cops got involved

There is a reason they are so highly rated (4.1). Great customer service, I was greeted right away and offered help. They had a special edition Lookah Seahorse ( purple rainbow color!) with the hookah attachment I was searching for! Thanks! You ladies rock!

Amber was real nice, she hooked it up and was very informative not to mention her amazing customer service! This is One of the few smoke shops that doesn’t have the employees smoking and place smelling like weed. They appreciate their customers and you can tell by the way they treat you and meet you halfway. Definitely my tops in smoke shops in all TUCSON!! Will be returning customer!!! Now to enjoy my Bongooooo BLING BLING!! 🤪😋

I go in here pretty much every couple of days to buy wraps or a need item such as a bong. The young kid has almost no knowledge about anything you ask him, nor can process certain questions. The two woman that work here and the older gentleman all have been able to answer every question I’ve had. My biggest complaint is that I’ve bought two different batteries for carts and both have stopped working within a few days. I take care of my items, I’m also extremely aware of these items and maintenance from having smoke shop experience myself. I had one item for dry herb I bought the price on the box said 49.99 I was charged 80$. I’ve spent probably 600$ here at the minimum in the past year. That was the exact reason I will never buy anything more than wraps ever again. I also can’t return the items I bought that stopped working because of their policy. Great place if you need something simple, not for something beyond that just order the electronic stuff from the consumer.
