Horrible experience. Bought a piece and when got it home realized there was no open hole in the end where the glass was blown making it completely unusable. Of course they couldn’t take it back. They know they are selling unusable pieces.

I went to the LaCholla store to buy fluid for my torch and settled on a brand with a yellow label and a red lid. The person then reached in to a box on the floor and have me a different brand of fluid with a yellow can, and red lid. But, not the brand I had requested. I failed to realize this until I arrived at home, without my receipt I knew there was no recourse available to me . In an attempt to keep this from happening to any other patron, I am posting here. I was too trusting that the employee would hand me the correct brand I had originally requested. Don't let this happen to you, double check EVERY product purchased or don't even let yourself be in that position and just go to a reputable business.

I had went in to buy a Caliburn, knowing these devices are from China I was expecting something closer to MSRP ~$20-25. Instead I was offered a price tag of $45. I did NOT get ID'd, hence why the prices are probably so high. This is a lousy business, if you look elsewhere locally you while find it for way cheaper :) They also have a no return policy. The employee also refused to give me a receipt for the cash sale. Very very shady.
