Sold my dil a 2 pack of brown colored Vuse tobacco. I came right back to exchange at 9:05, they were already closed but the website said open until 9:30. I hope they make this right with me when they open in the morning. So, I went back and the manager, Darius, was working. I explained to him what had happened and he listened very patiently and made everything right. Even though I was there just a little while, Darius made such a positive impact on me as to what a great manager should be like. He definitely went the extra extra mile and that’s what make him stand out! Thank you Darius and Smoke Buddies!

Never open. Says they open at 8 tried stopping by multiple times different days during work and there never open. Super unprofessional and rediculus.
