The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Good products

Absolute pleasant surprise. I had the opportunity to witness the manager of this store being generous and kind in a situation that would have been very unpleasant to any other person, especially a female. She had to deal with a very scary and unusual customer. This customer was completely aggressive and out of control. The manager handled the situation with patience and grace. She never lost her cool and was respectful to a customer that didn’t deserve it at the time. The customer was having a really bad day, I guess and took it completely out on this manager. I wish I knew who this lady’s boss is because I would like to tell them how fortunate they are to have her. All of my business in batesville will be done at this store from now on.

I am a customer at your store often and I usually have no problems. I visited on 1-11-19 at roughly 4pm. I have never had a more negative experience shopping in my life. The older lady behind the register was unnecessary rude. I will not be visiting your store again. Thank you.

The manager at this store is always so friendly and in a good mood! Always have a positive experience when I go in. I buy a different brand than they usually carry, and she has made sure to keep it in stock for me. Love this place!

Good deals on disposable vapes, good customer service. 4 stars cause there's no drive thru, and the drive thru store up the hill has no inventory.
