Normally really good. There prices are pretty high for similar products at other smoke and vape shops. Also, tried to go there today and there was a sign on the door that said "be back in 10 minutes". Me and a few other people waited almost 30 minutes and nobody came back

Will never shop here again! Bought a vape on Saturday hit it one time in store! Take the 5 minute drive home hit it once more then immediately tried to hit it again only for it to not work! It will not charge and also is leaking!!Called the store and the girl that sold me the vape said I would have to come Monday and get the refund so here I am only for the manager to say she can’t do anything about faulty product that happened Saturday!!!!

The guy was very nice and helpful but the light skin girl with the face piercings was very rude and had horrible customer service. Do not recommend dealing with her she just came off very aggressive and rude.

Staff is always friendly. Sometimes they do lack a little bit of knowledge, but they do try their best.

Absolutely the rudest! Apparently you can no longer be on the phone when in this store. You could have asked me nicely but instead was extremely rude and demanding. I’ve already been told by another worker how portly this place treats their employees and to spend my money elsewhere. I think I’ll take that advice after this last experience.
