Store clerk very rude ! Will definitely not be back !!!!

The cashier name on my receipt was Melissa. Why are the people working here so rude??? I asked a simple question about some cigarettes and the sales person looked at me like I was stupid. I have always got a discount but not today. The lady told me…. Not on the one you are buying. I asked what?? I started to walk out but didnt feel like going elsewhere. I will not go back in this store.

Stopped in the other day to get a 4 pack of alto pods, and 3 of the 4 weren't any good. The people working just showed me a phone number and said good luck trying to get your money back. Any other store I've had a problem with the pods they replaced them on the spot. Oh, not to mention Murphy and Valero are cheaper than the tobacco superstore, and a lot better service. Its not very professional when your trying to talk about a product and the person behind the counter trys to rap the answers.

Great customer service and friendly staff. I've been going here for quite some time now. I LOVE the drive thru! Most all employees KNOW my order before I roll my window down. Very personable and friendly except on a few occasions when unfriendly new employees were hired, but those did not last long. Customer service is best in town!

WATCH YOUR DEBIT CARD CHARGES-they will double charge you!!!!!!! I have been a customer for at least 8 years. They double charged my debit card in Dec of 2021under $15.00. The manager , Shannon, states that it happens sometimes. Told me to wait over the weekend-this Monday -Tuesday ish… to see it “fall” off. I agreed-on Monday-double charge still there-I go get a print out FROM THE BANK. I took it to Shannon, as she advised. With a lot of unprofessional attitude, she advised that she would call me and bluntly said OK and walked away. I get home, she calls, and states.. “Per my accountant this is not enough proof that the card was debited twice and I need more proof-complete bank statement from dec1-current might I add.. freshly printed from the back showing ALL transactions. Needless to say, she advised I was NOT getting my money back. I advised yes I was. I have flagged them and ordered a new debit card bc of this and I hope your reading this spread the word. I did NOT expect the unprofessional additude over it, or for the manager to advise.” This happens all the time. “ Be careful customers that’s All I am saying.
