The new hire Ruby is the sweetest woman ive ever met she has outstanding customer service and makes you feel right at home! i hope i see her more often because i love going in to see her!! Also the shop is always so clean too, and very organized! i love to just walk around and look at everything when im in there. everyone is so helpful and goves you as much information about every product that they can!! 10/10

Rubia and her husband are amazing!! They both have such amazing customer service they even feel like friends! I bring anyone with me just so they know where the go-to smoke shop is! They are very helpful and friendly and are always welcoming! The store itself looks amazing and clean and have really good pricing for whatever your looking for😁

They pick and choose who they do good for. They'll show favoritism to the customers who come in asking for deals every single time but when you go spending big money they just hustle you for more. 1 person is worth seeing in there, do not know her name but the other employees won't do for you if you're not one of these people. Shopped here for months and witnessed this numerous times first hand. I will not be back.
