bought a $25 torch 15 minutes ago, after about 30 seconds of use it doesn’t light or if it does, only for about half a second. i have also bought a previous vape the last time i have come here (about a year ago) which turned out to be defective. on top of the no refund policy, this seems intentional to scam new or unfamiliar customers to smoke products. i do not recommend shopping here unless out of desperate convenience.

I world give them zero stars if I could. Sold me extremely old cigars that crumbled. Took them bag and the worker even took the others off the shelf because she felt they were old through the package. Told me it was nothing they could do… Yes it is. Exchange the product Don’t shop here. They sell old expired products an then won’t exchange. I didn’t even want my money back. I wanted a good product that’s not expired and old. They should be investigated for selling old products. I’m thankful I have American Express who will fix all of this
