I come in regularly on the weekends. Pixal is a delight. So friendly and upbeat! She really improves the customer experience

Had a god-awful experience at this stores location. Only one worker who smelled of body odor, had zero knowledge of store products or general brands, and yelled and sneered at the person I came with for asking them about the store carrying Sakerz tanks but not owning coils for Sakerz.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in yesterday to buy a wax pen and the guy didn't even know what the item was. He said "ummmmm I think it's one of these" so I replied, "yeeeeeah I'll go somewhere where they're educated and know the items they're selling" ugggh

I left work 10 minutes early to be at the store before 10pm. Was there at 9:55pm. Was told they were closed (the open sign was on and door unlocked so I was INSIDE). This is after calling them around 2pm to make SURE they would be open till 10pm (these workers have a consistent habit of NOT being open when I go by. For example they were closed Saturday from 5:30pm till almost 7pm at least while I was doing grocery shopping next door). Please educate whoever is running this store that they are giving your chain a very bad reputation by not following store posted hours. I'm sure I'm not the only one frustrated by lack of business etiquette. I will also mention that almost no one I've seen at this store in the last year or two acts professional at all.

They have buy one/get one free on Yami Bar disposable vapes. I got the Orange and Grape flavors.
