Initially I reviewed this location as 5 stars, super friendly and helpful staff. my top pick of tobacco stores in the area, also having a great rewards program, but after today, the lady that was in on the night 10/10/25 was not very helpful. I came in and asked for slapwoods without even looking she said “we dont have slapwoods” I then pointed to the two full boxes behind her and she THEN proceeds to ring me up, idk what that was about but I wont let one bad apple spoil the bunch. I still like this location, maybe a little more training is needed for some staff.

“I can't say enough positive things about Abby Road in Cabot AR. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. Eric and Kristal was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Abby Road is my go-to store for all my shopping needs, and I highly recommend it to others!!

I am so happy this store is in Cabot. I walked in and I didn’t really know what I wanted. Krystal helped me out, she was super helpful. She answered my questions and on top of that she was very polite. I will definitely go back.

Ash G. has assembled such a great crew of knowledgeable and friendly associates around Central AR, especially Erik @ the Cabot store! He always has a big smile on his face, excellent recommendations, and a joke or two on hand. Y’all are awesome! Keep it up! 10/10 recommend 👏🏻👏🏻

Crystal was so super helpful! Best experience I’ve had in the store thus far! Loved the energy, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for before I knew what I was looking for!
