Never had a bad experience there until now 1/9/26 5:15p.m I went and purchased a glass pipe from there i noticed it has a 2" long Crack in the glass and at the end of the Crack is a bubble u can obviously tell that was done when the glass was blown took it back inside immediately and asked for the lady to trade for another ibwas told no then she told me it's a seem where it was mad the alleged seem stops halfway down it never seen one made like that I can also hang my nail in this alleged seem never been able to do that before I don't believe I'll be back there thought the customer was always right ???? Yall need employees who want their customers coming back working there not employees who could care less about people spending their hard earned money on broken stuff 🤔🤔 that definitely broke me of coming back!!!

I sent my nephew in to buy me a lottery ticket for me . UNDERSTANDLY he couldn't buy one without an i.d . I came in with an i.d and told him it was for me . The owner said he couldn't sell me the tickets if it was for me nephew. I once again told him it was for me . I further explained that a child can't even cash in a winning lottery ticket without an i.d . and once again ,it was for me . He told me he wasn't selling it to me . I understand not selling to my nephew. Me, ,not thinking, sent him in . When I came in and told him that it was for me and I have an i.d ,that's when the conversation should have been done. To the owner :please use common sense. I love coming back to my home town to support,but this business never has to worry about me supporting ANY business associated with them. Hopefully Douglas store will be open soon .

Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Best customer service I have received in a long time. This is my go to spot always for all my cigarettes and tobacco needs. ♥️

My BF is always buying his vapes from here , always have the kind he likes , and always have plenty to choose from . Clean Store and ALWAYS VERY KIND AND Respectful ppl works there .
