One in Charleston Hours says opens at 7am but never open at that time iv been there at 8:30 many times and still not open guess they dont actually open till 9. So I try not to go in the morns

A new lady that works there took my money, and was counting my change, but stopped before giving my change back to me to ring up a customer in line behind me. That is unprofessional and rude. She should be fired. When asked can I have my change back first please and she stated I'm working on it, she also took care of the drive thru before me even though I was there before anyone was the drive thru everyone that works there is wonderful except her.

Great place. Always has a smile and very attentive to customers. Cheapest prices around. Always clean. Only downside is no one ever answers the phone anymore. Plus the hrs are come and go. Will tell you they are open but store will be closed when you get there.

I've lived in Ozark for almost 5 years now and I was always a tobacco Town loyal customer. Even worked for tobacco Town made alot of friends and have been going to them for years. Until last week when, a employee of tobacco Town saw me pulling in 5 minutes before close and she walks up and locked the door right in front of my face. So I've been going to gas stations not happy with it. So I decided to stop at k & k last night and the lady was so friendly so I found my new go to store.
