⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend! I had a great experience at Tuff Pro Vape & Tobacco. Mo was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products and took the time to answer every single one of my questions—and trust me, I had a lot of them! She was patient, friendly, and made sure I understood my options before making a purchase. It’s rare to find customer service that is both informative and welcoming, but Mo definitely delivered. The store was clean, well-stocked, and had a great selection of products. I never felt rushed and left feeling confident about my purchase. If you’re looking for a vape and tobacco shop with excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend stopping by. I’ll definitely be back! 😊💨🔥

One of the best shops around. Amazing customer service, and good quality products. Definitely my go to the store.

This vape shop is the best in Conway for 3 reasons. 1. Talal and Mo have excellent customer service skills and they are incredibly kind and helpful. Any questions you have, they’ll walk you through it. Talal even put my vape together and filled it with oil, explained how to use it, and even checked it when I thought it was faulty. 2. They are the only shop I’ve found that sells Lil MF’s. If you want to improve your mental clarity, calm your anxiety, have extra energy and much more, you MUST try these daily tablets. They are worth every penny. They also have a wide variety of everything you could ever need/want in a vape/smoke shop. 3. Their rewards program is outstanding. I’ve gotten over $40 in rewards within a month.
