I've been coming to the Oak Street location for a little over 7 years. And in all that time, by far, I've had the greatest experiences even since Kara has moved to this location. Her customer service is always far above and beyond the normal status quo, if something is out of stock she's on the ball to get it back on the shelves. Her coworkers are always in a positive mood when she's around and has been a pleasure getting to know as a guest. This will be my permanent vape shop

Kara was awesome! Very friendly & outgoing. Thank you Kara for the experience!

Knowledgeable staff and good prices. I appreciate they are open until 9PM. They were the third store I visited, but no need to visit another store- this one had everything I need!!

Great atmosphere nice employees district manager Melanie is amazing everyone works hard and enjoy talking and hanging out with customer. Extremely friendly and has great recommendations on mods and vape flavors. Has an awesome selection of vaps, mods, and glass pieces

Great group of guys. Gave me some options for switching from VUSE to a new, more cost effective vape system. I will definitely be back for my nicotine needs.
