Tobacco super store my mother inlaw came in today and yall scammed her. She told you she wanted a certain cigarette and you have her the brand she asked for but not the right favor didnt even give her a total . She walked outside to write her amount in her check register book and realized you gave her the wrong flavor and charged her more than double what her total should have been and refused to make it right. Shane on you for taking advantage of an old woman . I will be calling and taking to the owners in the morning.

Stayed late visiting Mom at nursing home and knew I needed to restock. Considered myself still ahead of schedule when I pulled in at 8.50 which according to posted open times they don’t close until 9:00pm. WRONG! Would not be waited on and was told NO, Closed: This is my first rant ever, but I do know now this is Not My go to place when you’re out and trying to get home.

Very professional additude. whn u walk n there's a smile and a hello/hi. There is a middle-aged Asian descent lady that works in there usually by herself, and on Sundays when the place is strictly open between 12:00 and 6:00 which is usually when I prefer to go in she's working and she is so friendly. She has gotten to know me I have noticed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go in this Sunday and I went in on a Saturday and once again she was working by herself. When I did go into the store she asked me of course she said hello, and was I going to get the cigars as always and I said yes. I think one of the reasons too why she realized and knows who I am is because I walk with a cane. But regardless she's very friendly and I really appreciate that.
