The door is ALWAYS locked in the evening shifts. Always with a note saying be back in 15 minutes. Unfortunately my mornings are swamped but the owner/main guy(I believe) is super awesome. Very friendly. Always helps when I've had issues or was told a price(incorrectly) by another employee, it was matched.

This is by far the BEST smoke shop around. The selection is crazy big for all things! The owner is so nice and I look forward to seeing him when I go in there! Definitely go to this one for whatever you need!

I have been coming into keen tobacco smoke shop on Weddington since they opened up. It's my new favorite spot! Very convenient. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are the lowest around! I heard about them on the radio 101.5 the vibe And have not gone anywhere else since! Staff is amazing 🤩

Summit is amazing! He always has a smile and a warm greeting. Summit has been super helpful in explaining different aspects of products and making sure that I’m happy with my products. I love coming to this store because I always leave feeling better than I did when I walked in!

Great place, great staff, they're always personable and kind. Always willing to give suggestions or help you figure out a newer product with you even if they have to look up some information about it. Nicely priced items and great selection for any of your needs
