We were so thoroughly impressed by the experience that I wanted to make sure I left a review. I found my Padrón, my mom—who doesn’t smoke—enjoyed a glass of wine, and we settled in with some of the regulars. I honestly can’t say enough about how welcoming and hospitable everyone was. We were complete strangers passing through town, yet they made us feel like we had been coming there for years. They even invited us to stay for their Thursday dinner, which we learned is a regular tradition prepared by the owner’s wife. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay, but judging by the company, I’m sure we missed a great meal. And I have to mention the Murphy door. Easily one of my favorite touches in the place. 😎 But what I’ll remember most isn’t the cigar, the wine, or even the cool hidden door—it’s how genuinely welcome my mother and I felt. May Open Door Cigar Lounge be blessed with steady business and great Google reviews for many years to come, so that other people passing through Fayetteville can walk through that door and feel every bit as welcome as we did. If we ever find ourselves back in Fayetteville, we’ll absolutely be back.

This is an amazing lounge. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and the cigar selection was very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended this lounge for a stick or a great drink:) The little room with the bar has the feel of a speak easy! So epic!!

This place gets five stars because they are extremely friendly, helpful, and have a wonderful selection. The private smoking lounge is pretty rad, even though we couldn’t handle the amount of smoke inside. We got drinks from a super awesome bartender and headed outside to enjoy them.

Great place to work from home, staff and customers are so wholesome and kind! If you’re new to the area this is a wonderful spot to meet new people & network, they have poke nights, bar & coffee, patio, its close to every in Fayetteville, inside is cozy with plenty of super comfy seating, tvs yet quiet enough to have virtual meetings, and plenty of events to gather together including education on cigars and their history! I came in here a couple of weeks ago the staff was very friendly, I was new to smoking cigars and any question I had was answered. Then last night I brought two of my buddies in so we can hang out and relax, we watched the Razorback Basketball game and even chatted with another guy in the lounge. Everyone from the environment to the staff and other guest was what someone would want to experience. My other two buddies was helped and we all felt welcomed even at the bar. Definitely putting this in my plans to attend at least once every other week!
