I didn’t know anywhere else in FS had a cigar room! They have an enormous selection of smoking accessories and also snacks/ drinks/supplements/gift items and it is very clean and well organized. The prices are good too. 10/10 the classiest smoke shop in town for sure

I'll start with the good . It was nice store upon entering. Clean and large selection of products. Air was either not on or just out.. not sure but very hot and long wait to get help. Employee stopped helping me and my friend a couple times to tend to others. I asked about several products and got prices so I could keep a running total in my head on what my total should be. Prices changed at register and employee wanted to argue and try to confuse me. There was a box on counter that said free vape with every vape you buy. I bought 4 vapes and expected to get 4 free. When I started looking through to get my free vapes . Employee said no you already got a discount. Wanted to then argue about one of the 4 I bought that would not work. Said I was doing it wrong. I had 2 others try and they said it wasn't working. I just wanted a replacement..isn't that the purpose of letting us try them before we leave. I will never go back to this store. I'll stick with my favorite vape store

Great glass pieces and great prices! Steven inside was a great help finding the right piece and accessories best for my needs with lots of variety. Will definitely be back! Better than other smoke shops in Fort Smith!

Older guy was kinda rude. Trying to rush me when I was trying to see what tanks they had to see if they had any of the ones I was suggested. He was worse than useless on that front. Then I specifically asked for a geekvape b coil and he almost didn't make any money off me cuz he didn't check the pack literally right next to the pack he looked at. Then he said it was a .7 and it was a .3, and was getting upset with me for me for trying to help him sale me stuff... I would have gone somewhere else but I'm lazy. I'm assuming it's just that one dude that sucks or it'd get a 1 star.
