Sat at the window 5 minutes while the worker visited with the person in front of me. They had a good visit about the dog the lady had in her car. Will never stop there again

They sold me a $27 vape that they knew they had had alot if trouble with. I got home with the vape, I couldn't get 1 puff out of it. I called, they said bring it back. When I took it back they didn't really want to exchange it and I actually felt a little attacked about it. They slammed the new vape down on counter, I took it home. I got maybe 3 puffs out if it...its a dud too. I wanted to exchange for a different vape but they said had been same kind. My point Is... why did they sell me a $27 vape THEY KNEW WAS DEFECTIVE AND HAD ALOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT AND THEN MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS THE PROBLEM WHEN I JUST WANTED A PRODUCT I PAID FOR TO WORK? Ill try not to do business with them if I can help it. None of those ladies seem to be happy in there but then again... what a boring job.

Went here to purchase a pack of backwoods cigars for my grandson who is visiting and my granddaughter came in to show me which ones he smokes, and the lady there with glasses was absolutely the most rudest person I’ve ever met started telling us how it’s illegal for her to touch it when she’s only 20 and that I’m buying it for her just the way she approached everything was just rude and hateful I wouldn’t buy cigarettes from this place or vape products or cigars go elsewhere don’t support this place just by the sheer attitude, plenty of other places that sell products and it’s unfortunate for them because I was going to start making my run there every two weeks to buy carton cigarettes, but like I said, they’re not the only place! And if I’m gonna spend that kind of money, I don’t need to have such rude lip service! Pretty obvious they must’ve sold too minors and been popped. That’s why there’s such an attitude there!

Love the store and especially the employees. Super nice friendly and I've always been waited on with a pretty smile. No complaints about the employee's or the store only the hours. Just wish they would stay open an hour or two longer. Hate getting what I need at the other stores when I need to. They don't carry what this store does. They miss alot of business in that extra hour. That's my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, the store and it's employees get 5 ⭐.

They hang up when people call them.I used my credit card making a purchase & the next day I was sent a fraud alert that someone had tried to make a $200 purchase using my card after they charged $1.36 to make sure that my card was valid.I have used this card for 18 months with nothing like that ever happening. I know that it was tied to my purchase at this store.
