This place is awesome. So accommodating and friendly. And make sure you get some homemade pie. Yum. We went here to get a few groceries to try to cook some dinner because we unexpectedly had to stay overnight on our way back to okc. They went out of their way to provide some stuff for us to cook. I highly recommend them.

A Must-Stop Diner After Driving Magazine Mountain! After a scenic drive through Magazine Mountain, we found ourselves at this humble hole-in-the-wall diner—and it ended up being one of the best stops of the trip! The food? Unreal. Huge, fluffy pancakes that could’ve fed a small village, perfectly fried fish, and the best hush puppies we’ve ever had. But what really made it special was the wonderful older lady in the kitchen—she wasn’t even serving breakfast at the time, but still made us a full spread that absolutely hit the spot. This place is cozy, unpretentious, and full of heart. The kind of spot you almost don’t want to share so it stays just the way it is. If you’re driving through the Magazine Mountain area, don’t miss it—your taste buds will thank you.

I ate here for breakfast two days in a row. I got a sausage omelette with 2 sausage patties on the side and bacon on the side and 2 pieces of butter toast. It’s been a minute since I have had a good southern breakfast. It was delicious ! I mean I came back again! The staff was warm and friendly and the food was made fast. The locals were all hanging out eating and just overall good vibes. I would eat here again in a heartbeat and look forward to eating here anytime I am back in this area.

This place is amazing! I stopped there to get some gas for my bike and a roll of paper towels and I was hungry and I saw the lunch area in the back and I was pleasantly surprised to have some homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, and what tasted like a homemade roll! Just like grandma used to make and everybody is super friendly and I’m from a big city and you just don’t get that every where and I live in North Texas! I ended up coming back the next day and purchasing a chocolate and cream cheese pie that was to die for! Also, there is no charge for the entertainment! No B.S.
