customer service for when products are damaged is lacking.If the product is damaged , it's damaged. It's not okay to accuse someone of damaging the product when they are just wanting to exchange it instead of getting money back so they can actually have a product to use.

If you can get pass being watched this is the store for you. I go in and I TRY to buy a pipe for a friend. I had already bought one from this place already. HOWEVER, this time I go in and the person from the truck comes in there twice WATCHING me. After going to the medical shop down the road I went back and the truck is still sitting there. I watched these peeps and be careful because they're confrontational. I can tell by the look on their faces they didn't liked being WATCHED in return. They will get in your face so be careful. MIGHT be hired cops with attitude problems as well?
