The cashier, Ms Connie gave exceptional customer service. She was attentive, asked if I was finding everything I needed. When checking me out, she was very kind and helpful!

I’m here to file a complaint about a scamming cashier named Haley. I went to the store and bought a Green Dot card to load $100 onto it, but the idiot activated it on a different card instead. If you go to this store, be careful—and nobody there wanted to help me. Here is the proof.

Always find what I’m needing! And the customer service is excellent, I stopped in around 9:40 and the lady upfront always greets me with a smile and tells me thank you for shopping at dollar general! Such a vibrant and outgoing lady. I didn’t catch her name but she deserves a raise or a paid vacation because she is always so full of life and welcoming to everyone❤️ Thank you for making dollar general my home from home! Keep up the amazing and wonderful work you do. You’re so appreciated!
