The sales clerk Leighton is so helpful, he explained prices and deals, and talked about all the various vape options they have. Hands down he provided the best customer service anyone could ask for.

I loved this store until an employee ran.out and took pictures of the paper box and our car because she thought I took more than one Sunday newspaper. I.pd for 2 and there were only 3 in the box. My 40 year old son died unexpectedly in his sleep Friday morning and I just wanted his obituary. He shopped here and I shopped here, but I let her know I would not be shopping here any longer. All this for a $1.50 newspaper which I put back in the damn machine.

All the girls that work in the store are absolutely wonderful and yes, some are good friends of mine. There are so many regulars that go in there and everybody is so nice. Yes I need to quit smoking but that doesn't mean once I quit but I will stop visiting the store. They have some really cool stuff for smokers and non-smokers. They also have vape fluids with many flavors to choose from and accessories. The prices and Miss tobacco store compared to the other tobacco stores within Hot Springs are the cheapest around. For visitors that are looking to purchase tobacco products while they're in town, this is your go to store. Highly recommended! Jennifer is manager of store with Teri and Makayla as her assistants. Jennifer is normally there through the week during the day as is Teri and you can mostly find Makayla there in the afternoons and on the weekends.
