I visit this location quite often and all of the employees are extremely helpful, but I'd like to shout out Haden, she always goes the extra mile!

TLDR : If you try to charge me a different price than the tag I will notice and I will cost you money to return and I will stand up the line and complain loudly. Having the surprise 4% charge costing about an extra $1 on my order isn't listed on my store receipt. Also my store receipt says no tax applied, which isn't right. Deceptive marketing and business practices. This is wrong and you know it, the employee knew it and tried to defend it by saying it was cash priced on the shelf, but it's "clearly" marked. If the next 5 people said it was a surprise... If you have to argue for 5 minutes it's probably not a good customer experience, even if you're legally correct. I don't think you should pass credit card processing fees on top of your regular prices.

Absolutely LOVE Abby Road! Very warm, welcoming store. Staff is incredible! The manager even came out from behind the counter, and took all the time needed to help explain different items I was curious about. Never pushy, wonderfully kind. I absolutely will be back for all of my needs! Thank you, for taking the time to help an old man, who had zero clue what I was doing.

On time with cones and needed now. But Mrs. Morgan provided what I needed at the last Minute. Thank you so much!
