Cool shop with a decent glass selection, tons of vaporizer, and helpful staff. Also, the prices were reasonable

Called in during the day and spoke to Austin. He helped me with my question over the phone. Later that night, I stopped in, he proceeded to provide the same wonderful service and went above and beyond to help me. He offered to help in the coming days if I had issues as well, utilizing his knowledge of the other locations’ stock, if needed. Needless to say, I’ll be back.

There was a blonde lady that worked there that was sooooo rude. She didn’t speak to me and my husband when we entered the store. When we told her the product we wanted she seemed impatient and was in a hurry to check us out without even offering to put in our number for loyalty points to see if we had a discount. My husband mentioned a military discount and she huffed about having to do that. Once she asked for our IDs she looked them over and over for about 1-2 mins like she was trying to spot something fake. She just made us feel very unwelcome. Through all the rudeness, I still thanked her and told her to have a good day which was met with a stare and silence. I will NEVER go back to this location. I usually go to the University location where everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful so I was very surprised when seeing this location was the complete opposite.

The worker named Gage was very rude and condescending, I was trying to get more information about which vape to purchase since disposables are banned and he acted like he had better things to do, as if he wanted me out the door and didn’t want to give me any suggestions. Abby Road should do a better job at having more people friendly employees if they want to keep customers coming back.
