It's close to where I live! The only problem is just a small gravel driveway parking lot to park in. Other than that, great place to shop for all your smoking needs. Quick in and out if you don't use the drive-thru. Friendly service. Four stars

Pretty decent smoke shop. Horrible potholes all the way around the building. Would recommend parking at the hotel next door and walking over. They have a nice humidor with a moderate selection of cigars. The prices are a little high but if you only need 1-2 a week it isn't that bad. At some point in the last couple of months they fired their entire staff and replaced them. I quite liked their old workers but I don't hate the new people.

The staff is as personable as it gets, even for the Deep South. All customers are verbally greeted upon entering the store. The customer service is so good here I would pay more for the items I purchase just to shop here, but you won't find better prices on tobacco related products anywhere close. Even their canned and bottled soft drink prices are the cheapest you'll find around. If they sell something you use, you'd be a fool to buy it anywhere else. They knock it out of the park every single day. Never once encountered a bad attitude in years of shopping here.

I love this Tobacco SuperStore #33 here in Monticello, AR. The workers are all very sweet and they are all, always smiling! I go here almost every single day! I love the fact that it has a drive-thru window! Plus, they always have the best prices in town on Tobacco Products!
