I was sold a broken vape cartridge I don’t blame them though it was such a small crack they missed it.. but I’d at least like a refund

Bought over $50 worth of torches and products from this shop, there are 3 people that work there and none of them follow the same store policy. One day they allow returns and another day they don't and when you call to ask about it they want to yell on the phone and tell you "it's just business". Honestly I'm never going here again because they have no integrity when buying anything outside of actual cigarettes or snacks because I have bought MULTIPLE items that were faulty right after leaving the store and they refuse to handle the issue.

Always great service the guy in the morning seems angry all the time but the two in the afternoon and night are very patient and welcoming. Prices are fair there is room for improvement always but I think they do a great job.

I really like the place because you can buy cigarettes under $5 , if it wasn't for that I'd never walk in there, but they do it's better than paying $11 for name brand,

Great experience at this tobacco store ! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Pricing is reasonable with a wide selection to choose from. Highly recommend for quality products and excellent service!
