Gentlemen was very nice and definitely had what I needed after the fourth store

Thank you sweet Haley for taking the time to help me! I had a heartbreaking day yesterday, and today you helped me tremendously! This store has the MOST AMAZING STAFF!

This year alone 4 discount coupons have been mishandled and not applied. Just this week 1 coupon for $2.50 off 2 packs of smokes mishandled but employee did apply credit. 3 days later a $5.00 coupon mishandled and employee did NOT apply credit. Spoke with Mrs. Shawna, mgr or owner, and she would not give credit. $5 more important than retaining a customer. I will not go back.

I love the fact that this store has a drive-thru. The wait time isn't that bad and totally worth not having to get out of my car. The staff are friendly.

They did not offer me a receipt and would not let me return an item that was almost out of date. best buy date is 02/2025. It's 11/2024 I also purchased some out of date pouches best buy date on them is 10/2024
