Horrible customer service! I bought some Rouge nicotine pouches there and they were old and busted. Went back to ask for a fresh can and the skinny girl there said "no refunds or exchanges". I said "not even for old products?" I showed her the pouches and she wouldn't even look, she just walked away! I bought some cigars another day and they were dry and stale! This place must just but old products cheap and thats why they won't refund purchases! I hope they go out of business. I won't be back! No need to tolerate such bad customer service!

Bought a water pipe, and when I got home and filled it it leaked everywhere. Called the store back and they will not allow an exchange or return. Employee working will not allow to speak to a manager or boss, hung up on me, and then refused to answer the phone again. Horrible experience.

First off Hot Spot is 100% legit as it is lit! The prices are right, the vibe is chill, the people behind the counter are cool! Good lookin’ out to Mama behind the cash register the customer service was great! This is the definitely where it’s at!
