Love the shop but the Cigarettes are very old. Called asked for a refund nope. State law. Which its not. 👏👏👏

They are very nice very helpful and the staff members helped me save money I was going to buy a mod that was expensive and then they showed me a voopoo kit for about 20 bucks very nice people and the rewards system is definitely worth it

I would give a zero if possible, they had horrible customer service. They were both very rude and lied about their sales. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The product they sold me was also broken.

I purchased a pack of coils from here and accidentally bought falcon 2 instead of falcon 1. They refused me a return even tho it was unopened and I hadn't left. Then they sold me a falcon 1 coil after the fact. Wouldn't even let me exchange. Post review, customer care made this right and allowed me to come back and get store credit for the wrong product. Thank you Mr woods!
