The people were great. Just didn't know what i was talking about when I asked for what I needed. That's my only complaint. Other than that....I would give 5 stars.

The employee left me feeling like I spoke with an encyclopedia about everything vape. Would not stop talking and I left more confused than informed. Not looking to return.

Dylan is always very helpful and knowledgeable about all products and any questions I have. Thank you for all your help!!

Sold me a pod that leaked and refused to replace it for me . lol. I came back a couple hours after I bought it ….ridiculous

If you've read my reviews before ( for some reason this posted from a different Google account 🤷🏾‍♂️), you know I'm a complete sucker for awesome customer service so , it should come as no surprise that I'm a new , very much huge fan of this Abby Road location! They have a great selection, lots of info on their products and above all else, great deals that honestly I couldn't pass up. I'm very happy with my visit there and will be back soon .
