Went in this January for a new vape. Out of stock. So I was going to get a water pipe out of stock. Then try to get a pipe and low on stock. I was going to spend money there but nothing was there Jan 8-13 and took business elsewhere unfortunately. Cool guys but unable to find what I want 9/10 times.

Found great help. Needed some cigars. Right of the freeway on my way back to AZ. I'll be back

Went to buy a battery for my cartridge for $10, cashier never said anything about no return policy. Come back the next day cause shitty $10 battery is not working,(not surprised). So I figured they would let me exchange it at least. Nope. The same cashier just points to a small 3 inch sign at hip level that says no returns. So then I have to buy another $20 battery so I tell him if this one doesn’t work we’re gonna have an issue and he just laughs at me instead of taking it seriously. Always had good service here before today.

Love going in when Billy is working! He is such an AWESOME guy…great customer service, super personable, and knows the products!!! Definitely recommend going in when he’s working…Friday and Saturday….the other lady I’ve seen the past two weeks is not very friendly and doesn’t know the products like Billy does ! If you need advice on what’s the best product go see Billy…he’s always got a smile on his face and a genuine response with any questions!
