Had such a great experience here! Ellie and Melanie were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 service and great staff!

Amazing experience, thanks to Mel for helping me find what I needed and she even went above and beyond and helped jumpstart my car and she did an oil change as well in under 3 minutes and she proceeded to get back to work 🙏🏾

So I recently purchased a vape from this place as soon I got home opened it up and I hit it twice and it completely stopped working I called them up they said they would replace it for me no problem got to the store and the same chick who sold me the burnt out vape was there again and she tried to say that they weren’t liable and no returns after them agreeing over the phone exchange it for me she started to get defensive with me and rude and very hostile I asked her to call her manager and she was trying to sit there and say. That there’s no need to call the manager because she already knows what he’s gonna say I still insisted on her calling her manager and she called her manager and he gave me 15 dollar credit which was cool but then she started saying I was being hella rude when all I was asking her why give me the run around the girl in the front with the curly hair and peircings is hella rude never going there again if she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t work there her customer service sucks . she cussed me out at the end and was laughing about it and of course I wasn’t keep quiet so that’s how that went

So for the most part I've had good experience at the shop other then tonight the light skin young guy was so disrespectful to me after spending 300 dollars at the place this month I was turn down service because it was 2 dollars and the change he turned away told me they don't expect change he was tryna show off like he owned this place but what he did was cost the shop at least 350 to 400 dollars of income every month and if he acts like this much I can bet I'm not the only guy for the lady's there are very nice and that's why I even go there to start with the one works morning is lovely to see great service no complaints but if I owned this place I would replace the young disrespectful guy that was there at 830 evening time on 03/25 because he makes ur shop look bad I know I'm not the only one falls on hard times so IF YOU OWN this shop I'd look to replace him before he cost u more money then he has
