Customer service needs to be worked on. There is a way to speak to people. I pulled over to check my blood sugar and to get cash from the next door 7-Eleven so that I could get dinner. Had to sit in the parking lot for a second to have a snack and to balance back out. I want you to understand I fully understand the parking is for the people of the plaza and I'm not upset with that. I had a staff member walk up to me extremely rudely and talk to me like I was a vagrant or somebody panhandling. I was aggressively approached and rudely asked what was I doing in the parking lot I explained to him that I was about to go next door and get money and before I could explain anything else he rudely told me well then maybe you need to go over there and not in that parking parking. Once again I understand the parking lot rules but you lost business that day all because you couldn't be kind. I hope that when this is read that you think twice about how you approach people and don't take it as everybody else likes me and you're just one person. I have ran businesses for over 25 years and never have I been made to feel so ashamed and embarrassed for simply parking in a parking lot.

We were here for a Disney trip and I needed some Kratom. I called the shop and owner was very helpful. I went in later that night and he recognized me and gave me a free 3oz bag of Kratom!!! Be customer service I’ve ever had. Will be returning next Disney trip in 3 months. Highly recommend this smoke shop!!
