Very Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience at Dream Hookah Lounge. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The way they treated customers was completely unacceptable. There was no basic courtesy or respect, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. The customer service was poor, the attitude of the staff was even worse, and it felt like they did not care about their customers at all. I came expecting to have a good time, but instead I left frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other hookah lounges where customers can be treated with basic respect. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Went on random Monday night after googling any type of bar bike open since I knew nothing in area. After driving to a few places that said open and when we got there they were closed. This place was actually open. Good music, sold alcohol, and decent priced. Pretty empty just a few people BUT it was Monday night almost midnight. Still was a vibe. I will go back again. It seems like it would be busy on a weekend night forsure

Extremely Disappointing Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hookah lounge. The staff were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they made the entire experience uncomfortable. The customer service was terrible, and the attitude from the staff was completely unnecessary. It felt like they had no respect for their customers and didn’t care whether people enjoyed their experience or not. I definitely will not be coming back, and I would not recommend Dream Hookah Lounge to anyone. If you’re looking for good service, respect, and a welcoming atmosphere, I suggest going somewhere else.
