Went on random Monday night after googling any type of bar bike open since I knew nothing in area. After driving to a few places that said open and when we got there they were closed. This place was actually open. Good music, sold alcohol, and decent priced. Pretty empty just a few people BUT it was Monday night almost midnight. Still was a vibe. I will go back again. It seems like it would be busy on a weekend night forsure

A very cool indoor space dark ambient with TVs and lighting great hookah’s by Manny Services on point
Hookah is great. Gentleman who was serving us did a great job. Thanks! Will stop by next time.
I regret to say that my visit to the hokkah lounge was marked by a disappointingly negative experience, primarily due to the subpar customer service. The encounter left a lot to be desired, and unfortunately, it's not a place I can recommend. Not safe here the guy was using abusive language in arabic he didn't knew that i speak arabic Also refuse to refund for the hokkah never arrived From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff were not particularly attentive or welcoming. The lack of acknowledgment made me feel like an afterthought rather than a valued customer. As I settled in, I observed that the service remained consistently lackluster. Requests for assistance were met with disinterested glances and slow responses. What truly exacerbated the situation was the tone and demeanor of the front guy. The dismissive attitude, coupled with a noticeable lack of patience, indicated a significant gap in customer service training. It's disheartening when simple inquiries are met with irritation, rather than a willingness to assist. In any establishment, communication is key, and it's unfortunate that this hokkah lounge fell short in this regard. It's difficult to overlook the fact that the staff's interactions left a sour taste, overshadowing the otherwise appealing ambiance and offerings. A successful establishment not only provides quality products but also ensures that the entire experience is positive, from the moment customers walk in until they leave. my visit to the hokkah lounge was a stark reminder of the impact customer service can have on one's overall perception of a place. While the lounge may boast an appealing atmosphere and a variety of offerings, these factors are diminished by the inadequate service. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and strives to improve their customer service, ensuring that future patrons receive the attention and respect they rightfully deserve.
Dean is the worst manager of a business I have ever met. He is completely unfriendly, unprofessional, rude, ungrateful, etc. He never once has said thank you for the thousands of dollars my friends and I have spent there for their overpriced hookah and $30 drinks. He moves customers seats after they've already been sat somewhere for awhile. I bring a lot of people to this establishment but won't be doing that ever again. I used to go there sometimes 3 times a week, and never get treated nicely by Dean. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work for him because they are all super cool. He needs to take a class on business etiquette and hospitality.
