The atmosphere is welcoming, the music is great, and the seating is comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening. The hookah quality is consistently excellent, with fresh flavors and smooth sessions every time. The lounge is always clean, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thanks to Shae and Carlos for creating such a great environment. Their dedication to customer service and attention to detail really shows. Every bowl is packed perfectly, the flavor recommendations are always on point, and the hookahs smoke flawlessly from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team this knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. What keeps me coming back is how friendly and welcoming everyone is. To be honest, I believe this Falak Hookah location requires significant improvements. My experience was underwhelming for a few key reasons: • Ventilation: The air quality inside the cafe is poor. Unlike other high-end lounges, the space doesn't smell fresh; instead, it has a heavy, lingering scent of stale smoke that seems trapped in the room. • Hookah Quality: The hookah itself was average at best. The smoke production was thin and didn't meet the standard I expected. • Inventory Issues: Although the staff claimed to have hundreds of flavors, they were out of stock of my specific choices, such as Orange Team (MH). I hope management takes this feedback into account to improve the atmosphere and consistency.

Falak Hookah Lounge and Smoke Shop is a whole vibe 🔥 Smooth hookah, solid flavors, and a chill atmosphere that always hits. They’ve got sports on the screens so you can catch the game while you’re kicking back, which makes it even better. Staff is cool, service is fast, and the setup is perfect for a relaxed night with friends. This is my go to - especially great for work and shisha. They have their own private meeting room which helps with meetings. Staff is great and also their hookah products are on point. Definitely the latest and greatest, not just the typical Al Fakher but products that are currently exploding in Europe. quick update, don’t come at 10:00am and doesn’t appear they are consistently ready for customers at this time. If you are on a tight schedule in the morning, expect 11am as the more realist start time.
