Horrible experience with this company. Very unprofessional and poor communication. Staff lies to customers. The worst company I have ever dealt with. A bunch of unprofessional and shady staff. Products were damaged upon arrival and they don't want to do anything to help. Save yourself the aggravation and find a different company that actually appreciates their customers

Stopped by the nearby physical location in Anaheim but that's for bulk wholesale vendors so was turned away, no worries. so I just ordered online and everything showed up the next day. I even got a call from the shipping guy as he was packing it up, To ask if I want a different Shisha flavor so everything can ship at once. Not sure what the low star reviewers are smoking. But me... I got a great hookah!

I recently attempted to make a purchase on their website. The payment was processed successfully through my bank, but the website displayed an error message. Unfortunately, my funds have been lost, and I've been unable to contact the company for a resolution. Beware of this fraudulent website! I strongly advise against using it.

I really love my hookah. I recently cracked my base and I ordered a replacement gold base online. I received a very professional call and text because they didn’t have the gold color in stock so they offered to send the sliver instead which was perfectly fine. The price was durable and the quality is amazing and it didn’t take long for me to receive it. I did have 1 problem I was sent a bigger base but I called and because they didn’t have the smaller bases 22’ listed online we worked something out which was great. I can say this company and the people are very professional and have great customer service!!! AND THE HOOKAHS ARE GREAT!!!!! I would definitely recommend purchasing a Khalil Maamoon hookah it gives you the vibe of going to a hookah bar! 😊

I was amazed at the service. I ordered two hookahs to two different addresses and both of them had problems that were not the fault of Kalil Maamoon but rather the shipping company. Both times I received a call from the manager and how sorry he was that this was happening in one of the orders the shipment was sent back. He promptly resent it to a different address that worked with the first order at no additional change. I don't know what that other guy is talking about since my orders were about the same time as his. I will certainly be ordering from here again. Both arrived in perfect condition. This really is the best hookah in the world. Fantastic service and don't be fooled by the other reviews most of the time the problems from from the shipping company and not the store.
