Bought a glass egg nectar collector with percolator clearly for water use. I even double checked with two other smoke shops that confirmed my knowledge of nectar collectors. The owner or employee who called the owner would not exchange nor accept return due to piece not retaining any water at all. When I asked what is the point of the perc design if it's not meant for water then what is it for? They said and I kid you not "just for looks bro" avoid this smoke shop if it's the last shop on earth and the world is ending. The employee wouldn't even let me open the box to look at it but I've gotten the same piece before and had no issues. This place is a rip off id love to an adult convo with the owner this isn't a warning it's a promise you will be loosing bizz homies

Been a customer for awhile and I forgot something and when I tried to contact the store the number listed was incorrect and I reached somebody not even related to the store. he replied " wrong number, sorry" I plan on informing them next time I go in. the staff is very nice and friendly. never had a problem. I still recommend this little shop.
