This has been my go-to shop for some time. They have always been friendly, outgoing, and polite. Today was probably the worst service I've had. Trying to explain something to be cut off, told to be respectful, and he was "trying to come at me culturally correct". What does that even mean? I was trying to explain an issue I had with a product. He impolitely taps a metal sign saying no returns. Spoken to like a child, disrespected, and referencing my culture? No thanks.

This is my vavorite vape store and smoke shop. They are Wonderful, kind and friendly. 10 stars if I could.

I love this store. They have a fantastic selection of everything I ever needed and their prices can't be beat. The customer service is the best, especially Nick. We moved across the country to Georgia and I'm really going to miss this store. I can't recommend it enough. If I ever get back to CA I'll definitely be stopping in!

I think the guys there are awesome they're very helpful and charming and funny and I'm not just saying that because I'm his mom ....he rocks!! Just read all of the reviews and obviously you have the best customer service in town good job guys !!!
