I tried to buy a single caliburn coil and they refused…..and tried to sell me the entire box 😂😂😂 They even refused to open the box so I could see if it was the correct coil, what a joke, never going back.

Sold me 2 broken vape batteries. They both cost me like 40 bucks. He only would give me store credit. Very unprofessional. When a customer brings back a product 2 hours later it's my fault lol. If they know they are selling defective stuff, they should be sued.

Great people, taught me how to say hello in Arabic. Very personable staff, they joke with you like, do you want 25 of those or just one? They are very friendly, and happy to see you in their store. They are still waiting for a new front door they ordered. Get your smokes here. I heartily recommend this smoke shop!

this place is a total ripoff and very unprofessional. not only did I spend $20 more on a product than I normally do in WA (which is fine, I know CA tends to be more expensive), but I came home to discover that the packaging had already been opened and some of the product was missing. I went back to the store to try and get a replacement and the shop employee refused (even with a receipt) and told me it was my job to check the item in store. really? why are you selling products to customers that you haven’t checked for quality and safety? i’m not from this area so I won’t be back, but I recommended any potential customers avoid this shop at all costs.

I've never written a negative review for any place or have ever felt the need to, but my experience here warrants it. Yesterday, I bought a 300 capsule container of Klarity kratom. Upon opening the top of the container that night, I found that the seal was broken and looks like a quarter of the product is missing. Took it in this morning for what I thought would be a simple exchange, for the fact that they sold me a product that was defect. They told me that because I didn't open it to check it in shop, they couldn't offer me an exchange due to the fact that they can't resell it, and they don't know if it's contaminated/dangerous. That's exactly why I brought it in, and when I bought it -- I was given no warning to check the product in store, I feel like it should be on them to do so if it's a common issue like they tried to explain to me this morning. So I told them that it simply comes down to looking out for the customer and honoring a refund or exchange, or treating me and this situation as a profit/loss for their business and they chose the latter. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend their service to anyone and would like to warn everyone to check their product because they clearly do not quality check it themselves.
