Big 5 stars to Spade Smoke Shop for the great service and high-quality products. They have a great selection of glass pieces and flavors, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Friendly staff, good prices, and a really solid experience overall. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for quality products and professional service.

I've been coming to this place since it opened, and I can confidently say it's a fantastic spot! The ambiance is nice and inviting, and the cleanliness is impressive. The service is always friendly and attentive, making each visit enjoyable. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. If you haven't checked them out yet, I highly recommend you do!

These guys customer service was so excellent they just made me a lifetime customer! I'm a handicap person and I just moved into the area where I live. I'm ounable to go out and physically buy things so I looked on the internet for a place that could maybe accommodate me with delivery. I found them on Google and it stated that they delivered however when I called them I found out that that was an error on the delivery part. I asked them if I could place the order over the phone with my card and send an Uber over to pick them up. The young man that I spoke to Eric ask me to wait a moment so that he could try to key in my card on the phone. Eric returned to the phone to let me know that they weren't set up to take cards manually but he got on the phone with their IT person to see if they could set it up. While it took a moment for them to set it up, Eric kept coming back to the phone to let me know he was still on the line working on it. He asked me at one point if I wanted him to call me back once they had it set up I told him yes. He did follow through and called me back to let me know that he was able to manually set it up so that I can get my cigarettes. I was very impressed with their service. I also want to give kudos to Dan the owner, because he went through the trouble of setting up the ability to be able to manually take card numbers. These guys remind me of how customer service used to be everywhere!! I was so impressed with them that I would probably go to their store even if I moved out of the area! I really appreciate the trouble they went through in helping me and I won't forget it. It's nice to know there are still businesses out there that care about not only their new customers, but I'm sure they take very good care of their old customers as well. So you got a lifetime fan guys and I definitely will recommend you to everybody I know.
