The clerk at the location in oil Dale is rude. I do not recommend anyone going to this location cuz, they have bad customer service. I recommend any other locations, but the one on Robert lane and oirdale, CA 93308.

They don't sell anything smokeable. Tobacco is refused to be sold even though it's on the walls. The staff are rude. Waste of time and energy. Everything in this store is either up charged to high hell. Or your not able to buy it.. stupid. Close ur doors . Nobody wants u here

Went there at 10:45 in the morning, got told. Rudely. They are closed and now the driveways closed as well, and their sign says open 24 hours. The lady, there is very rude and unprofessional. Never go in there again

Went in with high expectations. Was made to wait outside because it was "shift change" like in jail. It was just one employee coming into take over in the morning. It took 15 mins. Then I wanted to purchase a new quartz banger and silicone water pipe...on this specific bong the bottom is removable. Well it leaked. Bad... So I went back about 10hours later. After having to wait for another 15min "shift change" they refused to swap out the product. Mind your I never asked for a refund. Just a bong that didn't leak. The only reason people like these shady people is that will let you cash out anyone's game as long as you know the username. Shame

LOVE IT HERE. STAFF IS SO AWESOME AND SWEET. THR LADIES WORKING THE REGISTER ARE ALWAYS SO SWEET! They know my husband and myself there very well since my husband goes there on a almost daily bases. This is one of the best smoke shops in town!!! 100% 10 out of 10. A+++++
