This shop was a shop that I had been loyal to for the last three almost 4 years and I loved going here. I also loved the customer service here until I had an incident this week. So this week on October 3 morning around 9:30 am to be exact Tuesday, October 3 I came in to buy My usual product that I get and if you’re familiar with the point system every so many points, you get three dollars or whatever off so when she rang up my product I had enough points to get three dollars off. The curly head girl(no name tag) asked me if I wanted to use my points I said yes when she went to input that I wanted to use my points, the whole register shut down the whole computer shut off so I sat there for at least seven minutes waiting on her to reboot the system she had called her manager or whoever on the phone and asked him how does she fix the issue. She was finally able to reboot the system and ring me up for my product but she didn’t give me my discount for the points so I told her I wanted to use my points and she said oh well you can use them next time so me not being difficult I walked out the store with my product so here comes Saturday October 7 afternoon around 12:30 I walk to the store it’s her again so I’m kind of happy I see her again so she can recognize me. She rings up my product and it’s full price so I’m telling her like oh I want to use my points and she’s telling me I don’t have enough so I said I know you remember me I was just in here a couple of days ago and you told me that I could use my points because the system shut down and she told me honestly I really don’t remember who you are, so I said man this is crazy. This makes me not wanna come back here because I had her word that I could use my points and she said that’s fine, don’t! I got so frustrated I left without purchasing and as I’m walking out the door she’s like yeah you have a good day , now I know my little money is not gonna hurt this business at all my $40 to $60 a week is not gonna do nothing for this business at all but one thing y’all need to know is how to talk to people especially someone supporting your business, because at the end of the day, she did not have to treat me like that she made me feel like I lied about a 3 dollar discount! Needless to say I won’t be going back!

10/10 recommend. all our stuff got stolen the day after we bought it and Peyton and the owner hooked us up so good to get us back started. Friendly atmosphere. Amazing employees. Even greater business

I went in today(6-4) and the associates there were very helpful,they had everything I needed and hooked me up with a new mod(Smok RPM).I’m a truck driver and it’s hard to find vape shops that have absolutely everything you need on the road.This is my number one go to spot from now on..They even had my hard to find coils,in stock!!! Y’all gained a loyal customer today..Keep up the awesome work…Thank y’all..
