Great customer service. They can't help the homeless population around their property but should try to keep it cleaner. Maybe pay a homeless person right there to clean up the lot everyday. Just a thought. Great little store

I shop here on a daily basis, not just for tobacco products it's been my go to spot for just about all my daily needs. Great staff, great owner they are all very approachable yet very professional. Would highly recommend any and all walks of life it's hands down a great store.

1. The employees are not at the store according to the store hours. 2. The employees put up signs saying: “on break be back soon”. However, I’ve waited 30minutes before an employee returns. 3. They make up prices on the spot. I have purchased the same vape, cartridges and juices at 3 different prices depending on who is working. 4. They have a rewards program. I enter my number in every time, had over 200 points and an employee told me I could have 1 free cartridge ($5), or 50% off only a select few of juices that were already on clearance! Zero respect for their clients and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They lie, make-up prices, make up rewards and never have what I need in stock!!! Don’t waste your time or money. Go online and order!

I have been a customer of the smoke scene for years both in the NW and the SW I have never met nicer young men and their families. They have A variety of products and their products are quality. They can meet all your needs from smoking to vaping. Go see them you’ll be glad you did.
