Great smoke shop with new ownership, The store is clean, organized, and has a great selection of products at good prices. The guy who works there is friendly, welcoming, and really cares about customer service. I also love that they’re now open at 8 AM, which is super convenient. Definitely worth checking out and i recommend it

Very rude he makes you feel like your bothering him and as if we are not the customers not to mention he charged me over 20$ for small ceramic nail every thing is more then double then every one else lucky less then 100 feet away smoke hub opened and treats customers good

Haven’t been here in a while maybe years, but I don’t know what happened but this place is under new management I guess now and it’s no longer Smokers Alley. Worst customer service ever this place is so expensive and the guy who runs it has no knowledge of anything and just tries to upsell and you can’t understand him but everything is a “good price “ so he says but I watch the guy in front of me almost get scammed for 10 extra dollars luckily he could do math The owner tried to argue with him even when he showed him on a calculator. I would rather do without them give this guy money I will be driving all the way over to White Lane to the Smokers Alley over there from now on

Honestly one of the best smoke shops in Bakersfield, very good service very good prices completely new shop I really like it👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
